How to choose and rent a meeting room?

When choosing a location for a meeting, consider the following nuances:

  • Number of people and floor space. Too much space creates a feeling of emptiness. Too little – discomfort for all participants.
  • The rented room should be conveniently located. Although Bakkara Hotel is far from city noise, the center of Kiev is only 15 minutes away. And the International Exhibition Center – in one metro station.
  • Rental time is discussed individually. Standard working day – 8 hours, not counting the technical hours.
  • Equipment and additional services also need to be discussed in advance. We offer additional equipment, catering, coffee breaks, simultaneous translation, leisure activities, accommodation in the hotel and other options. For corporate clients there are special offers and discounts.

If the meeting room is not enough, there is a conference hall for 100 people in Bakkara Hotel.


After negotiations and business meetings, you can visit the Grand Piano Restaurant with a summer terrace – a terrace under the water. Here you will tasty an extensive and varied menu with main dishes, drinks and desserts. For corporate clients there are special offers, a discount on the menu at the restaurant 30% and other privileges during their stay at the hotel.

There are 200 rooms of different categories for accommodate guests during the event in the Bakkara Hotel. Breakfast is included.
