TERMS AND CONCEPTS.

Terms.
  1. Guest is an individual that purchases, orders, uses or intends on purchasing or using hotel services.
  2. Group – 10 or more people that book hotel services within one application from one client, check-in and check-out.
Check-in and check-out time
  1. Check-in is the time that used for accommodation in the hotel.
  2. Fixed check-in time in Bakkara hotel starts from 3 p.m.
Early check in:
  1. Guaranteed early check-in is a service of early accommodation (before 3 p.m.) that is booked and fully paid by the Client.
  2. Unguaranteed check-in is a service of early accommodation (from 6 a.m. before 3 p.m.) that is booked and paid by the Client in the amount of 50% if there are rooms and services available for the Client at the moment.
    Calculated time is the time settled in a hotel when the guest has to leave the room on a check-out day.
    Settled time in Bakkara hotel – before 12:00 a.m.
Late check-out:
  1. Check-out after 12:00 p.m. is an additional service and is subject to availability and other conditions necessary for its provision.
  2. Late check-out before 9:00 p.m. is paid in the amount of 50% of the provided room rate, unless otherwise provided by the contractual relationship between the hotel and the client/guest.
  3. Late check-out after 9:00 p.m. – you will be charged 100% of the provided room rate, unless otherwise provided by the contractual relationship between the hotel and the client/guest.
BOOKING ROOMS, ACCOMMODATION WITH KIDS.
  1. Booking is considered confirmed when the hotel sent the confirmation and both parties agreed all existing conditions of services provision.
  2. Booking is considered guaranteed if the client provided guarantees of unconditional payment for hotel services or penalties. Guaranteed booking may be cancelled by the hotel on a unilateral basis after 12 p.m. local time on a check-in day.
  3. Booking is considered unguaranteed if the client failed to provided guarantees of unconditional payment for hotel services or penalties. Unguaranteed booking can be cancelled by the hotel on a unilateral basis after 6 p.m. local time on a check-in day.
  4. A group booking can be cancelled by written application from the client; penalties are applied to the client according to the agreement between the parties.
  5. Children are accommodated in a hotel only accompanied by parents or adult relatives of first generation. Children under age of 5 are accommodated free of charge.
BOOKING CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES
  1. Timely cancel – a guest or a client refused to use booked services before 3 p.m. before the planned check-in or within terms prescribed in the agreement with the client.
  2. Late cancel – a guest or a client cancelled booked services before 3 p.m. before the planned check-in or within terms prescribed in the agreement with the client.
  3. No check-in – a guest failed to check-in on the planned check-in day.
  4. In case of late cancellation a penalty is charged in the amount equal to the amount for the first night in the hotel according to the booking made by a guest.
  5. Other penalties or prescribed cancellations may be used without paying back the deposit according to the conditions of different tariffs and special offers.
  6. Terms of cancellation and penalties are set forth in terms of the tariff/special offer/agreement between the parties (the hotel and a client), and a guest/client agrees with them by booking the room.
PAYMENT OF HOTEL SERVICES.
  1. The hotel services are paid according to the fixed check-in hour.
  2. When you check-out on the day of arrival, you must pay at least one night’s stay.
  3. If an additional person is placed in the room – the third person in the room is charged according to the current price list.
  4. After 11:00 p.m. it is necessary to register at the reception and accommodation service and pay for the apartment of the guests stayed in the room.
  5. Prices for basic and additional services can be changed if a guest/guests have not yet used any of these services.
  6. To guarantee payment of additional services, the hotel can charge an advance payment. The amount of the advance payment and the conditions of its charging are determined by the hotel administration.
  7. If there are no guarantees for unconditional payment for hotel services, the hotel reserves the right to limit the provision of additional services automatically (for example, telephone services, paid TV, mini-bar services, etc.).
  8. In order to provide additional guarantees for the payment of services provided automatically and to simplify the eviction procedure, the hotel reserves the right to receive information about a guest’s payment card: number, expiration date, CVV-code, bage-code.
PROHIBITIONS IN THE HOTEL. RIGHTS OF A GUEST.
It is prohibited for the guests to:
  • bring to the territory of the hotel and store in the rooms substances, materials and things that are dangerous to life, health and property of the hotel;
  • keep animals and birds in the room;
  • leave strangers and people who are not registered in the room during own absence;
  • hand in their key card to third parties and/or guests.
Guests staying in the hotel have the right to:
  • demand the provision of documents supporting the quality, safety and compliance of the Bakkara hotel category;
  • terminate the agreement for the provision of hotel services on a unilateral basis at any time, provided that the actual services rendered and the penalties provided for in these Regulations or the agreement for the provision of hotel services are paid;
  • demand the elimination of defects without payment or a corresponding reduction of the proce for a service if there are any deficiencies in the service, inconsistency of the category of a service provided by the hotel; terminate the agreement for the provision of hotel services subject to the applicable legislation; demand full compensation of the incurred damages if the hotel failed to eliminate defects.
PRICES FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.
  1. The hotel has a dynamic pricing system.
  2. According to the dynamic pricing system, the price of accommodation services is depended and can be changed based on the demand for services and availability of rooms in the hotel for each date in the year.
    The hotel has the right to change prices for the services being provided based on the changes in the services market and other factors.
  3. The hotel has the right to offer various discounts and special price offers for certain periods in the year at its discretion.
  4. The maximum cost of a hotel accommodation service for 2019 is shown in Table 1 below. Prices are in currency GRIVNA for 1 night stay (without breakfast) for each of the categories of rooms.
  5. Prices include VAT, exclude tourist tax of 1%.
