Prices and conditions of accommodation

• The room rate (extra bed) includes: accommodation with cleaning and change of linen and towels, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Room Service 24/7.
• Breakfast included / is not included. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant on the ground floor, weekdays from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m., at weekends and public holidays from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m. Continental brakfast – UAH 450 / per person, Buffet brakfast – 600 UAN / per person. In-room breakfast service – 100 UAH.
• Tourist tax is not included in the room price. Tourist tax is equal to UAH 32 per day for citizens of Ukraine and UAH 80 per day for foreign citizens (in accordance with the decision of the Kyiv City Council of January 31, 2019 № 2/6658).
• Check-in time: 2 p.m. Early check-in (before 6 a.m.) should be paid in the amount of 100% of the daily rate for accommodation. Early check-in (from 6 a.m. till 2 p.m.) is equal to 50% of the daily rate for accommodation.
• Check-out time: 12 a.m. Late check-out (from 12 a.m. till 6 p.m.) is equal to 50% of the daily rate for accommodation. Late check-out (after 6 p.m.) is equal to the rate of 100% of the daily rate for accommodation.
• Non-guaranteed reservations can be canceled unilaterally after 6 p.m. local time on the day of arrival.
• To ensure an enjoyable stay for all our Guests, the hotel adhere to a quiet policy between the hours of 10 p.m. and 08 a.m. According to the Law of Ukraine “On the public health system” dated 11.02.2024 # 26 – 32. During this time our guests have a rest. That’s why it’s so important to keep the silence. Ear plugs are available upon request.
• According to the Law of Ukraine “On Restrictions of Smoking Areas of Tobacco Products” dated 24.05.2012 444844-VI, smoking tobacco products and hookahs are not allowed on the territory of the hotel. In case of violation of the Law, guests are charged for extra cleaning or compensation.
• All payment are accepted only in UA hryvnia.
• Payment Methods: VISA CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, LIQ PAY/ CASH UPON ARRIVAL/ BANK TRANSFER.
• Accommodation for a child under 6 y.o., accompanied by adults, without provision of additional bed is free.
• If room reservation is cancelled up to 2 p.m. the day prior the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
• During the period of martial law, the Hotel is guided by the Public offer agreement, Safety Protocol in its work.

Cancellation policy and penalties:

• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
• A 100% cancellation fee for the whole period of accommodation is valid for non-refundable rates.
